NovaView® Server

The Panorama NovaView Server is a middle tier server application that is the core analytical processing engine and the repository for central business logic and information management for the entire Panorama NovaView solution. Scalable to support tens of thousands of users and terabytes of data, NovaView Server provides proven and benchmarked performance for enterprise wide BI deployments.

NovaView Server powers Panorama’s applications and maintains the functionality that provides users with extensive insight into critical business processes. While supporting this functionality, the NovaView Server also keeps tight control over data access, reporting and workflow.

The Panorama NovaView Server is the key component of the NovaView solution. The Server provides a middle tier between clients and the Microsoft SQL Analysis Server/SAP BW, performing most of the calculations and caching associated with the OLAP queries sent through the Panorama client applications. All the business logic, metadata, and Smart capabilities are processes in the Server.

The Panorama NovaView Server for SAP BW connects directly to the SAP BW without any data extraction and offers SAP enterprises a complete and integrated BI solution: analysis, reporting, dashboards, scorecards, process modeling and advanced data visualization.

Panorama NovaView for Microsoft SQL Server 2005 offers enterprises a complete and integrated BI solution: analysis, reporting, dashboards, scorecards, process modeling, and advanced data visualization. Using advanced caching and connection pooling for the most scalable BI solution on Analysis services, Panorama NovaView Server is the most integrated BI solution on the Microsoft platform, with BI delivery options for Microsoft SharePoint, dashboards, mySAP portal, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio and more.
